The Club meets on the first Tuesday of each month (bank holidays excepted) January to May and September to December.

The Annual General Meeting takes place in February. The venue is in the St. Augustine's Social Club, Briar Bank, St. Anne's, Carlisle, meeting at 8.00pm. This is a modern ground floor building with good parking, a bar and excellent facilities for the unable.

The Club have a guest speaker each month, other than February and May, providing a wide range of interesting topics and an annual dance & buffet.

Being located within the farming fraternity, The Club hosts an annual Ploughing Competition for hydraulic and drag ploughs and occasionally, displays of working horses in the field.
